Cartridge Filters
Fab-Tex cartridge filters are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications for construction and operation. Made in a wide variety of sizes, replacement filters are available to fit almost all dust collection equipment in the marketplace, including: Torit, Farr Tenkay, Murphy, AAF, BCP, Wheelabrator, Nordson, and more.
Polyester filters with open pleat spacing are ideal for high dust loading applications where product release on pulsing is critical. Tolerant to even moist or sticky dusts. High efficiency rating at 99.9%+ at 0.2 to 2 micron particulate. Available with PTFE (Teflon) membrane for ultra high efficiency and Carbon impregnated for static dissipation. Polyester filters are washable.
Cellulose-based filters are suitable for low to medium dust loading applications. Available in 100% cellulose and cellulose/polyester blends, these filters offer an economical alternative for general dust collecting applications. Also available with Fire Retardant media.
Custom-manufactured products are also available in many non-standard sizes, ranging from 5" to 24" in diameter and up to 60" in length. In addition, we can help equipment manufacturers with the design of filters for new equipment and assist with sizing, air to cloth ratios and other technical aspects.
